Families
Families are important to LifeBridge Church. We believe the greatest potential for impact on a child's spiritual life is found in the home. Even in an ideal situation, a church only gets about 50 hours a year to impact a child's life. Parents, on the other hand, have 3,000 hours with their kids, and this already takes into account the time a child spends sleeping and in school! For something as important as the spiritual development of a child, we cannot be satisfied with only 52 hours a year!
So we at LifeBridge believe if we want to impact a child, we have to partner with the parents and give them tools and resources to pass on their faith to their children and make the most of the hours they do have in the home. In all we that we do, even in our hour with the kids on Sunday, we will always be looking for ways to come along side parents in their efforts to raise Kingdom-builders.
We have a twofold approach to family ministry: BridgeKids on Sundays and FX once a month.
