Mission Statement:
Joining with families to transform kids into Christ-followers
The Bible says that we are to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your strength and with all your mind." In other words, Jesus asks for full devotion. So when we disciple, we are helping people become full devoted followers of Christ.
We believe this command applies just as much to children as adults. "Kids can become fully devoted followers--they can indeed give their kid-sized hearts, strengths and minds to Jesus." 1 We think that kids have as much kingdom-building value as an adult, and so we are committed to investing our time and energy both to reach kids with the gospel and grow them as disciples.
BridgeKids is a Sunday school program for kids ages 0-12. We currently have a nursery for kids 0-5, and then KidMo for 6-12. KidMo combines teaching in a large group setting with follow-on application in a small group setting. Fun games and scripture memory are a part of each lesson. It is our desire that all kids feel welcome and safe, have fun, and learn how to follow Jesus.
