There are six core values of LifeBridge Church.

- Living...in interdependent and authentic community of God
Resulting in an external life and community...
- Employing...an every-member-ministry in the sovereign pleasure of God
- Seeking ...social justice, both in community groups and worship gatherings, in order to minister to the needs of the least of these (homeless, impoverished, addicted, working poor, widow, orphan) for the glory of God
- Sharing...the gospel of Jesus Christ displaying the power of God unto salvation
